We offer both hand sewn & printed Metropolitan Police Flags, all made in our very own manufacturing facility, here in North Yorkshire, UK.
Our hand sewn Metropolitan Police Flags are manufactured from our 155gsm Ministry of Defence approved woven polyester flag fabric, the highest quality fabric available for outdoor flag making. The individual pieces of fabric are hand cut to MoD & Flag institute patterns and stitched together with a flat felled seam to create a strong and durable finished product. Any appliqué work is hand stitched onto the design of the flag in our 115gsm Ministry of Defence approved knitted polyester flag fabric. The appliquéd part may be printed depending on the complexity of the design, if you would like to be sure on this, please do not hesitate to call.
Our Digitally printed Metropolitan Police Flags are manufactured from 115gsm Ministry of Defence approved knitted polyester flag fabric, the highest quality print fabric available for outdoor flag making.
All our Metropolitan Police Flags are hemmed on the three exposed sides with a strong double hem (triple hem on fly, on flags over 2.5 yards), fitted with our custom red, white & blue stitch polypropylene headband tape, rope & wooden toggle as standard. Other fittings are available on ordering.

Great Company
After the passing away of a good friend who served in the met police, it was discovered that the met flag was unavailable due covid19. Fying Colours was recommended and were approached. The flag was delivered in time and was much appreciated by the Widow of the deceased. Throughout my dealings with this company, I found them to be good communicators and very sympathetic. Excellent Service
Due tio the COVID-19 pandemic obtaining a force flag was prooving difficult. Great value and excellent product. Also, they pulled out all the stops as the request was short notice. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Faultless product and service
A friend of mine recently succumbed to covid19. It was one of his dying wishes that he had this flag to drape his coffin. I contacted Flying Colours who, although working with skeleton staff, readily agreed to supply one. It was completed and despatched before estimated before estimated time. The quality and finish was outstanding. Extremely good value too. It is no surprise they hold a Royal warrant. More importantly, a courageous and loyal officer has been granted his wish thanks to Flying colours
