We offer both hand sewn & printed England Pennant (or vimpel)s, all made in our very own manufacturing facility, here in North Yorkshire, UK.
Our hand sewn England Pennant (or vimpel)s are manufactured from our 155gsm Ministry of Defence approved woven polyester flag fabric, the highest quality fabric available for outdoor flag making. The individual pieces of fabric are hand cut to MoD & Flag institute patterns and stitched together with a flat felled seam to create a strong and durable finished product. Any appliqué work is hand stitched onto the design of the flag in our 115gsm Ministry of Defence approved knitted polyester flag fabric. The appliquéd part may be printed depending on the complexity of the design, if you would like to be sure on this, please do not hesitate to call.
Our Digitally printed England Pennant (or vimpel)s are manufactured from 115gsm Ministry of Defence approved knitted polyester flag fabric, the highest quality print fabric available for outdoor flag making.
All our England Pennant (or vimpel)s are hemmed on the three exposed sides with a strong double hem (triple hem on fly, on flags over 2.5 yards), fitted with a concealed tube in headband complete with rope and dog clip as per illustration.

Excellent and hard wearing

Fly the Flag!
I have flown flags for many years now but wanted something that can withstand the sometimes very windy weather here, and also one that could stay out all night after the sun had gone down (no lights on my flagpole). This Vimpel is perfect for this, seems to be well made strongly stitched, and at just over 2m is right for the pole and where I live. It comes with a neat toggle to attach it to the lanyard, the colours are bright and the fabric is spot on. What more could you ask for? I haven't actually flown this one yet as busy working away from home, but it's going up Monday for sure!
