Great customer service.
I placed my order on line, and the flag I wanted was out of stock. The company contacted me immediately and asked if I wanted to cancel or wait until they would be back in stock in a few days time. I chose to wait and they also asked if I had a deadline date. Immediately the stock was back in, the flags were despatched and arrived next day. The flags are good quality and I shall be waving it at this year's Vuelta a Espania.
